The Miner's D-Light is an illuminated version of the classic 5008 ComPro Transit designed for easier measurements in low light settings such as caves and mines. With the push and release of a button, battery-powered electroluminescent panels illuminate the azimuth ring and baseplate for 60 seconds to allow time for precision measurements. Amazingly, the Miner's D-Light is even lighter than the ComPro, making it now the new lightest Brunton transit on the market! Made in the USA in Riverton, Wyoming. Leather case is included.
