The Brunton ComPro Pocket Transit incorporates a cast NdFeB, rare-earth magnet, precisely balanced on a sapphire bearing. The result is a powerful magnet, which seeks magnetic north very quickly and allows for faster readings. Comes with leather belt loop case.
