The Ultra-Light Aluminum Frame is constructed of 1 3/4 " ID round aluminum tube. This aluminum tubing is milled exactly to our specifications. The unique material allows us to produce a frame which is equal in strength to our proven steel frame, yet it is 40% lighter in weight.

This kit comes with all the angles and poles cut to size and ready to setup. Our 16' x 20' Insulated tent frames have a total of 10 rafters and legs (standard configuration provides a 107" bag length, frame kits can also be ordered with split rafters giving a 72" bag length). The Ultra-Light Aluminum Frame Kit is ideal for easy transport and quick setup. All our aluminum frame kits comes complete with heavy duty vinyl bag with carry handles.
